AMPLIFY was born out of a desire to see more people put their passions to work in an effective and successful way. There's a lot of gifted people in our world, and sometimes all they need is some structure and guidance to get them going and they can have an impact.

Sam has held multiple leadership roles within different environments including operational management in startups, leading volunteer teams, managing large scale projects and has built his own business The Peoples Gym from the ground up during the COVID pandemic into a successful and efficient company.
One of the defining characteristics Sam believes in, is implementing systems to gain back time and energy. While building his own business, Sam and his co-owner made it a priority to build good systems, structures and practices to ensure they weren't burning themselves out. It's because of this approach that they were able to achieve 95% growth 2 years in a row, stayed out of debt, and are still growing month to month.
